In Memory of
Marlene Ann Allen (nee Porsley)

Our hearts are broken. Marlene was sunshine, the moon and the stars. I was just a cousin in-law and yet I was welcomed and loved by her all through the years. Her infectious laugh, her love of life and work ethic was always to be admired. Her loving spirit will always be etched in all of our hearts. We are surrounding you all ( Darlene, Tim, Mary Jayne and families ) with love and prayers. May the wonderful memories you hold dear of Marlene guide you all through this time. She will be lovingly remembered and sorely missed. Jeffrey and Joanna

I was so sorry to hear recently that Marlene was ill. My heart goes out to Darlene, Mary Jayne and Tim, as well as her children/grandchildren. I have fond memories as a child of running loose with my cousins Marlene and Darlene on their parents property in Angola. Those were the best summers of my life and I was grateful they let me be a part of their "posse". Rest in peace Marlene.

The smiles, the laughter, one of the best motives to go to the fire hall for a fish fry was to be greeted by this young lady. There are a good number of reasons this place feels like home. Marlene has always been one of the biggest reasons. In addition, her support of our Scout troop and her help, along with Denny of raising two Eagle Scouts as a generational testament to their commitments to our community will be full cause to remember her, to remember them, forever.
