June 19,2019, of Farnham, NY. Beloved wife of 63 years to Alphonso Butlak, Jr.; dear mother of Michele (Kenneth) Less, Kathleen (Edward) Pratt, James, John (Lori), Alphonso "Al" III (Lisa), Michael (Kristine) and January Butlak; grandmother of 15 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; sister of the late John "Jack" Hagle; survived by nieces and nephews.

Friends may call Monday from 5-7 PM at the Latimore Schiavone Funeral Home, Inc., 8434 North Main Street, Angola, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial Tuesday at Most Precious Blood Church at 9 AM. Please assemble at the church.
